Kimchi Party!
A modern kim-jang. Step into Korean food culture by making kimchi together. Limited to 20 participants for a communal experience. Inspired by Kimchi Taco Time.
Kraut-chi
Fermentation magic. Salt, squeeze, and watch cabbage turn fizzy and alive. Inspired by Sandor Katz and The Tiny Wild.
Bibim-bap Remix
A bowl that sings. Layer colors, textures, and flavors into your own remix. Limited to 20 participants (our rice cooker decided). Inspired by Chef Roy Choi and The Street Food Remix.
Hot Mess Water Kimchi
Oceanic kimchi. Transform your “hot messes” into a more delicious future. Inspired by Chef Roy Choi and The Street Food Remix.
Sourdough Culture
Bread across time. Crack ancient wheat, taste the difference, and take home a living starter. Inspired by Bread Lab!
Chocolate Door
Fall in love again. Taste with your whole body and discover chocolate as story. Inspired by Kiki’s Cocoa.
Mars Pocha
A street food stall on Mars. Gather, taste, and imagine more livable worlds. Designed for teams navigating organizational complexity and transitions.

LET’S WUNDERLAND
Transform your classroom, library, community program, or team gathering into a multi-sensory storytelling lab.
Programs are tailored to different context, age groups, and group sizes.
Facilitator: June Jo Lee, author and food ethnographer
Format: 60–90 minutes guided, hands-on experience
Capacity: Up to 30 participants (families, teens, adults, classrooms, or teams)
Space: 6 tables, sink, and a projector (we bring the rest)
Fee: $500 per pop-up (includes ingredients, tools curriculum, and facilitation)
READERS to EATERS books are available at 50% educator discount. Travel outside the San Francisco Bay Area and multi-site bookings can be arranged. Let’s cook something up together!
